If you and your colleagues are not thinking in terms of identifying opportunities and displaying a willingness to commit the time, resources and effort to win new business than you will struggle from the outset.

Your business will need to ensure that everyone adopts a new business mindset and helps to establish the infrastructure, skills and processes to deliver an effective new business development campaign. Everyone must be prepared to be a representative of the business and be prepared to find and develop opportunities to achieve any significant success.

A business with an obvious new business culture will make a unified, concentrated and convincing impression on prospects – and they will all help to deliver the kind of professional service required to convert prospects to future customers.
