Property sector marketing

Independent property group with a centralised head office and seven branch offices.  The group offers numerous services with each service requiring its own development strategy.

Background

The group had a range of services including commercial sales and lettings, residential sales and lettings, building surveying, overseas property, mortgages and auctions.  There was no consistency throughout their branding or their service delivery.  They also had concerns that not enough work was being done to create opportunities for new business.
