Manage your desktop social media from one place

This week I thought I would share some useful tools that make life that little bit easier.

Seesmic - make social media management easy!

Seesmic is a really useful desktop tool that allows you to view and manage all your social media feeds from one place -you can group people and topics along with running several accounts from each application.  For example I have my personal Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn feeds coming through alongside Elite Edge’s accounts and whichever client accounts we manage and watch.  Very useful and saves lots of time.

This is the blurb from their website:

Seesmic is a powerful suite of social media management and collaboration tools that provide businesses and individuals with everything they need to build their brands online. With applications on every platform, including mobile devices, and a marketplace of third-party plugins, Seesmic is the most comprehensive solution on the market.

Seesmic is focused on building applications to help users build and manage their brands online. Users of Seesmic range from individuals communicating on dozens of networks, to community managers engaging their clients and offering customers support, to big brands managing their social media communication initiatives on a multitude of networks, both internally and externally.

Seesmic specializes in social media monitoring, updating and engaging at the speed of real time. If you’re looking to take your online brand to the next level, Seesmic is the solution for you.

About Marie

I started Elite Edge at the end of 1999 and I am still as passionate about marketing today as I was then - probably more so because I consider myself very lucky to do a job that I love every day! My area of specialism is strategic planning but like most people these days, I wear many other hats too!
