Do you need to shake up your marketing? Is it still producing results that you are happy with? If so then great but if not, make sure you are not doing the same thing over and over and expecting the outcome to be different.
Often when we question clients about why they do certain activities they cannot give us what we would consider a great answer – because it generates new business for example. They continue to do the same activities because they are familiar and feel its better to be doing something rather than nothing.
It stands to reason that if some campaigns and strategies are not as successful as they should be that you are wasting time, resources and money repeating them again and again.
Maybe its time to go back to basics? Take stock of who your customers are and what they want. How can you become a solution provider for them?
